Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with PackCraft Industries, Inc. ("PackCraft", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PackCraft Industries, Inc. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services

PackCraft provides custom packaging manufacturing services including, but not limited to:

Custom box design, prototyping, and production
Mylar bags, stand-up pouches, and flexible packaging
Labels, stickers, and product identification solutions
Signage, banners, and display materials
Business cards and printed marketing materials
Free 3D mockup and dieline design services

All services are subject to availability, artwork approval, and minimum order quantities as specified in your quote.

Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

Request a quote via our website or contact our sales team
Review and approve the written quote and order specifications
Submit your artwork and pay the required deposit
Approve the physical sample before production begins
Pay the remaining balance upon production completion

Payment Terms

Deposit: 50% of total order value required to initiate production
Balance: Remaining 50% due before goods are shipped
Accepted methods: Credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer
Currency: All prices quoted in US Dollars (USD)

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within California in accordance with state law.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product type. Standard MOQ is 50 units. Custom shapes and specialty finishes may require higher MOQs as specified in your individual quote.

Artwork & Design

Accurate, print-ready artwork is essential for high-quality results. By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You own or have full rights to all submitted artwork, logos, images, and text
The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
You have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions
The artwork complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Artwork Specifications

Preferred formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, EPS (vector preferred)
Minimum resolution for raster images: 300 DPI at final print size
Color mode: CMYK for print (RGB files will be converted at your risk)
Include 3mm bleed on all sides
All fonts must be outlined or embedded

PackCraft is not liable for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, incorrect color mode, or improperly prepared artwork.

Production & Delivery

Production Timelines

Digital proof: Within 2 business days of deposit and artwork receipt
Physical sample: 7–10 business days after digital proof approval
Full production: 10–14 business days after sample approval
Expedited production: Available upon request, subject to surcharge

Production timelines begin after receipt of approved artwork, deposit payment, and confirmed order specifications. Delays caused by client artwork revisions or approval delays are not our responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
Inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping available to 40+ countries

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy:

Approved samples: Once you have approved a physical sample, no returns or refunds are accepted for manufacturing defects that match the approved sample
Manufacturing errors: If goods deviate from the approved sample, we will re-produce at no additional cost or issue a full refund
Artwork errors: Client-provided artwork errors are not eligible for refund
Cancellations: Orders cancelled after production has begun forfeit the deposit

We stand behind our quality. If your order does not match the approved sample, we make it right — no exceptions, no excuses.

Intellectual Property

All original design work created by PackCraft's design team (including dielines, structural designs, and decorative elements) remains the intellectual property of PackCraft until full payment is received, at which point all rights transfer to you.

PackCraft retains the right to use your completed packaging in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PackCraft's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays)
Issues resulting from client-supplied artwork or specifications

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PackCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of our services
Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in submitted artwork
Your products manufactured using our packaging

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

You waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
